
Andy Pitt, newly appointed Managing Director for the UK and Ireland, is aiming to use his franchising experience to develop and grow the Mr Electric brand.
Pitt, who began his new role with Mr Electric at the start of May, believes that the opportunity renewable technology provides will contribute the business' success. He said: "After many successful years with McDonald's, I wanted to pursue a new challenge. The electrical contracting market is changing for the better with the introduction of interesting new technologies that will drive business growth."
Mr Electric franchise owners usually come from a technical or managerial background and are provided with full support, including its new IT system and business and marketing training.
