ServiceMaster names it new Head of Franchise Sales

ServiceMaster has appointed a new Head of Franchise Sales to manage the Merry Maids, TruGreen, Furniture Medic and ServiceMaster Clean franchise sales in the UK. Marcelle Ingrouille, who previously worked as Director of Support Services with ServiceMaster, was appointed to the role of Head of Franchise Sales after the retirement of Ken Dennis, who has worked as Franchise Sales Director for 10 years.

Ingrouille said: "I have been overseeing the organisation of the ServiceMaster training academy for some time now. As a result I have a lot of contact with new business owners at the beginning of their relationship with ServiceMaster. Therefore the move to franchise sales is a natural one ensuring a smooth transition for our new franchise owners. I will be the first point of contact for potential business owners and will be able to guide them through the franchise purchase and training process, both of which are huge undertakings."
