Adept Cleaning Services UK franchise opportunity

Launched in 1995, Adept Cleaning Services has established a strong reputation in the Midlands for its expertise in commercial and industrial cleaning. Its formula is to concentrate on small to medium-sized customers who are prepared to pay a premium for higher service quality.

Adept Cleaning Services has developed simple, well-proven systems to optimise performance in all areas. This means that previous experience of the cleaning industry is not required. The franchise can be operated from a home-based office and the Franchise Package contains all the necessary items to launch the business. These include full initial training, a computer with specialised software, marketing materials, a start-up plan, business stationery and the first three months' lease on a fully liveried vehicle. A high level of support will be provided to the first few franchisees.

Investment Requirement: £19,850 + VAT (excluding working capital)
