The Bairstow Eves Franchise offers franchised estate agency owners access to the group's well developed and proven estate agency expertise and operating systems that have been continually developed within the group's own 1,000 plus strong estate agency network.

The Bairstow Eves Franchise offers an opportunity for experienced business people, managers and entrepreneurs to own and develop an estate agency business with multiple income streams from house sales, financial services, conveyancing referrals, overseas sales, land, new homes sales and auctions. Previous experience is NOT essential.

As part of the proposition, franchisees and their branch staff will receive ongoing support via their Development and Support Managers, will have access to a library of marketing material and over twenty optional advanced training courses.

Investment Requirement: £30,000 minimum
