Home Instead Senior Care has recruited a Franchisee Support Manager and a Head of Care Services (pictured). Karen Loughnane has been appointed to the role of Head of Care Services and she will work with franchise owners and care managers, as well as establishing good working relationships with key individuals within the Department of Health and Commission for Social Care Inspection.

Paul Hogan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Home Instead Senior Care, has been named Entrepreneur of the Year - one of the highest honours in franchising - by the International Franchise Association (IFA). The award was presented during the opening session of the IFA's 47th annual convention in Las Vegas, USA.
