What I enjoy most about running my Caremark business is that every day is different and, because the systems are in place for each aspect of running the franchise, it is not stressful. With Caremark you are constantly learning and it is very exciting, especially since it is coupled with being your own boss.

Before I launched my franchise in March this year I was an accountant, however as I was unhappy with what I was doing and tired of working hard for someone else, I decided to set up my own business. While I was looking for domiciliary care franchises I came across Caremark. The Caremark franchise appealed to me mainly because of the Managing Director Kevin Lewis (pictured, with Farina), as he has been doing this for over 20 years.

I have found that one of the main benefits of owning a Caremark franchise is being part of the Caremark brand, its association with excellence as a service provider and the reputation that precedes it. In the near future I've got plans to branch out into the west of Leeds. I want to expand and grow my business as much as I can. I feel I will be able to achieve this as I have so much help and support at hand.
