"Examine the key elements that explain why Cleaning Doctor franchisees are experiencing phenomenal growth." William Little, founder and Managing Director of Cleaning Doctor

With 11 franchise branches established in Great Britain, 2005 is seeing growing expansion by the brand which, because of its investment in top-of-the-range equipment and training, is able to always equal and indeed better the service of the competition.

"Our franchisees all offer a 100 per cent money-back guarantee on every job, and in all the jobs that all the franchisees have ever done, only two people have ever asked for their money back," reveals William. "Our customers receive the most thorough cleaning ever, or it's free. That's a powerful offer to be able to make in a market where quality is not always at its highest."

The Cleaning Doctor franchise has been designed as an economical, high profit business that can be operated from home. "We have developed and fine-tuned technical, business and marketing systems suitable to the demands of the growing industry," William explains. "We are specialists in carpet, curtain and upholstery cleaning, contract cleaning and home cleaning services. We provide abundant opportunities for new franchisees to build and manage multi-vehicle operations under the umbrella of an established brand.

I invite you to call immediately and discover Cleaning Doctor. We will unleash your potential and take you to the top."

The support has been 'A1'....

When former Managing Director and Business Consultant Doug Mirtle began analysing available cleaning franchise opportunities, Cleaning Doctor's business model stood out. Now the owner of the Cleaning Doctor East Nottinghamshire & Grantham franchise, Doug reports that the business has really taken off from day one. "The attractions of the Cleaning Doctor franchise are that it offers larger population territories, provides you with more control over pricing and therefore your earnings potential, puts you in charge of winning business, and is supported by the direct involvement of Managing Director William Little and his head office team."

After a 27 year career in the construction industry ended in redundancy, followed by stints as a Management Consultant and Managing Director, Doug launched his own industrial cleaning company in 2002. Three years later the company was turning over £400,000 a year and Doug was ready to sell the business on to his junior partner. "I suffered some health problems and decided it was not the best thing to be responsible for employing teams of people," he reflects. "After a close inspection of cleaning franchises, Cleaning Doctor sat out on a Pedestal from the rest. I now know that I own and operate a business that attracts customers like a magnet and clients are bowled over by the service. My experience with Cleaning Doctor since I launched on 1st June has been extremely refreshing - the support has been 'A1'."

Since launching Doug reports that he has been fully occupied. "In fact I'm ahead of my business model," he adds. "By the end of my first 12 months the business will be at the stage I originally envisaged after 18 months. The reason for this is the unbelievable conversion rate of the marketing - I'm getting a near 92 per cent conversion rate.

"The combination of the appeal of the initial marketing material provided by Cleaning Doctor and my sales and marketing skills is helping to seal an order from almost every prospect I visit. In fact, my business is already winning repeat and referral business." Doug plans to build the business up to the point where he is employing two to three staff operating two vans, allowing him to concentrate on a management and marketing role. However, in the meantime he is able to rely on the assistance of the franchisee network to tackle bigger jobs.

"Cleaning Doctor very much operates as a family, including the involvement of the franchisor at the coal face," he comments. "I'm surprised at how quickly the operation is growing, and looking forward to the challenge of servicing national accounts as the franchise grows nationwide."

"Cleaning Doctor's Marketing Strategies Attract Customers...Like a Magnet"

With 12 years' experience of owning an automotive franchise, Derrick Hands brings a wealth of business ownership experience to his Cleaning Doctor franchise covering Burton Upon Trent, Lichfield, Rugeley and Tamworth (North).

"Cleaning Doctor offers a turn-key, comprehensive, super-effective package," he reflects. "The training is excellent, cleaning equipment is state of the art supported by a knowledgeable support team."

Having sold his previous franchise for £45,000 plus stock and a vehicle, Derrick looked at various options, and was introduced to Cleaning Doctor by Northampton franchisee Nigel Lay. "Nigel had been a Business Support Manager at my previous franchise," Derrick reveals. "I was initially reluctant, but was soon attracted to it as a very low overhead business enjoying very high margins."

After initial training, Derrick launched his business in April. "The launch package is excellent," he reflects. "Combining both technical classroom training and hands-on cleaning experience in the field, it presses the 'go button' straight away. The initial marketing costs are also included in the initial franchise fee, covering advertising in local newspapers, leaflet mailshots and all the marketing materials to get the business going."

Having achieved £4,000 of income in month one, Derrick is targeting a £50,000 turnover for his first year. "By the end of my first 12 months I aim to have an employee assisting me, and in the following year a second van up and running. From there, I'm expecting around 10 per cent growth per annum."
