With regards to the support package, every member of Head Office has direct experience and advice to give as an associate. This means that when I phone for help with a particular aspect of the business for instance planning, sales, marketing or a project-related matter I am confident that the person I talk to will be able to provide me with insights and suggestions that specifically benefit me.

In the five months I have been with ERA I have learned that the success of my business is directly related to my dedication, focus, quality and performance. This is because my salary is based on the success of my business appointments or through the successes of others I introduce to a client as ERA operates on a 'no savings made no fee' policy. So if my joint venture partners or I are unable to help a company save money we do not make any profit from that appointment. The benefit of working a virtual business is that my joint venture partners are not a cost to my business instead they play a direct role in its success. One of the great things about being a part of the ERA network is being able to define the direction and path that my business should take in order to be successful. By having access to the tools and guidance I know how to successfully progress along that path.
