Why do you have a national Control Centre - why can't I take my own calls?

Our national Control Centre is fundamental in the provision of the professional service that we offer all Keytek customers. By taking on the responsibility of receiving and converting enquiry calls into sales, as well as co-ordinating attendance to jobs, we are able to provide our customers the highest level of service and customer satisfaction to both residential and commercial markets. This allows Keytek Franchisees to conduct the operational aspects of their business in a professional manner allowing them to give their full attention to each customer without constant interruptions.

Do I need previous locksmithing experience?

In short, no. Keytek's comprehensive in-house training ensures all new Keytek Franchisees have the skills they need to effectively operate their businesses from day one, in both the technical aspects of locksmithing as well as general business management. Our training course forms the beginning of an ongoing training, mentoring and review program, which ensures our franchisees are prepared to build their businesses in all areas. Additionally our technical department are always on hand to provide any required support and guidance on-site, enabling our Franchisees to approach all jobs with complete confidence.
