The latest franchisees are Adrian Steel, who bought the Guildford and Kingston-upon-Thames territory; Craig Barnard, who has purchased the Newcastle and Sunderland territory; and Paul Holton, who will operate in the Bolton and Oldham territory. With backgrounds in management and sales the three franchisees decided to invest in a NBC franchise to change their lifestyles.

Craig was attracted to NBC because: "I wanted a lifestyle change and to incorporate my love of falconry into a business, so when I saw NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, I thought it was perfect."
