Ella Dickins has taken on the role of Senior Training Manager, and Sally Winkley, who worked for two years in the Northwood Portsmouth store, will provide franchise telephone support. Graham Holden, Edinburgh franchisee, has now retired from his business but has been retained by Northwood as a consultant to help franchisees make their businesses more profitable.
