I'm generating leads for the rest of the network as well as benefiting as an individual franchisee from the contract."

He adds that without Wayne, he would have been struggling to cope with the extra workload. "I'm already very busy with my regular customers on my own territory," he says. "I did consider taking on an employee just for the six month period, but having Wayne working with me instead is the perfect solution - he's already fully trained and we've worked together on various projects previously so both of us benefit.
