At the Local Hero Awards ceremony at Swansea's Dragon Hotel, RE/MAX sponsored and presented the Charity Award, which was won by Bronwen Preece (pictured) for her outstanding contribution to charity.

Rob Lock, Regional Director of RE/MAX Wales, Cheshire and Merseyside who presented the award together with Lord Mayor, Councillor Mair Gibbs: "I am thrilled to be able to play a part in recognising the efforts these individuals have made to their local communities.
