All Fired Up Ipswich awarded Investors in People recognition
All Fired Up Ceramics Café in Ipswich has received recognition as an Investor in People following a recent independent assessment.

Due to the success of the business concept in the company-owned Ipswich café, the Directors developed a franchise package which has seen the introduction of All Fired Up to the high streets in Colchester, Essex, Dulwich in South West London and Bournemouth.
Sisters and business partners Vicky Hosking and Kelly Smith are extremely proud of achieving Investor in People recognition. Specific areas of strength within the All Fired Up business that were noted by the assessor included the positive working environment, the flexible working arrangements, the identification of strengths and potential within the team and the encouragement of staff to discover and develop their talents.
"We are firmly committed to providing a work-life balance for our staff," said Kelly. "Franchisees spend four weeks in Ipswich prior to opening their own All Fired Up, with much of the training taking place alongside our employees.
They are consistently impressed with the level of knowledge and understanding of our business offered by our staff. "The Investors In People award is official recognition of our business philosophy and how it has benefited the development of our business."
