Franchisee wins hospitality award
TARGET: £350k pa

Lisa, who owns four Domino's stores in Scotland, was rewarded for her efforts in promoting the benefits of working in the industry to other would-be entrepreneurs. At just 27 years of age Lisa manages 120 employees and is achieving a turnover in excess of £2 million. "Lisa is a phenomenal success story but her story is mirrored by many other successful men and women who are carving out brilliant full and part-time careers at Domino's Pizza," says Andy Hirst, Head of Franchise Development at Domino's Pizza. "Their combined efforts are helping to change perceptions of jobs in the industry. This makes it easier for us to recruit the most talented people and, of course, in an industry where service standards reign supreme, the company with the best people will enjoy the greatest success.
Lisa adds: "I'm absolutely delighted to be recognised but it doesn't stop here. I'd love to build up a network of Domino's stores between Glasgow and Ayrshire. I think there's huge potential in the market and I can't wait to take my store count to five!"
