Original Smoothie Co. issues shares

Founded in August 2007, the company has achieved sales of over £600,000 to date and projects that turnover will reach approximately £2 million in the next 12 months and nearly £5 million in the following year. Assuming the placing is fully subscribed, the company will have an estimated capitalisation of £1,750,000.
