Since 2003 Pilgrim has been a sponsor of the international and humanitarian organisation Doctors without Borders and has donated over one million euros to the initiative through its specially designed jewellery collection. 2008's collection included a pendant designed by Helena Christensen.

Pilgrim is seeking to build upon the success of its UK store by recruiting franchisees across the UK'to open highstreet retail locations.
