Prestige Nursing improves franchise package
Nursing agency Prestige Nursing Ltd has announced its decision to review its franchise package and offer prospective franchisees an enhanced service. The service will involve Prestige Nursing taking care of the franchisees' payroll, invoice functions and recruitment administration, leaving franchisees free to focus on building up the business with ongoing support from the franchisor.
Managing Director of Prestige Nursing Jonathan Bruce says: "The first franchisees were able to achieve excellent growth by focusing exclusively on those activities that helped build their business. In the 10 years Prestige Nursing has been franchising, the company has learned what makes a successful franchise and with a host of new opportunities opening up, now is a good time to implement what has been learned."
Prestige Nursing Ltd was established in 1945 and supplies over 40,000 hours of care a week to the NHS, Private and Independent sectors. With two new franchises ready to launch this May the company's recruitment plans are modest. Franchising Manager Sandy Simmonds explains why: "Prestige Nursing knows from experience that it is better to have five very successful franchises rather than 10 average ones."
