Due to his success Swisher franchisee has to move to bigger premises
Swisher franchisee for Devon and Cornwell, Nigel Lockett has just completed a move of premises to a new larger office and storage facility.
His new two storey building was originally a forge and was part of the Singer Estate which included the Oldway Mansion. The Mansion was by Issac Merrit Singer, founder of the Singer Sewing Machine Company, and who died in 1875 before its completion. Singer's son Paris Eugene Singer completed alterations to the mansion in 1907 modelling it on the Palace of Versailles.
The move to these new premises by Nigel has been prompted by the rapid expansion of his Swisher business. Despite the unstable economic climate, Nigel has achieved growth of 30 per cent year on year largely down to hard work and intelligent targeting of new customers.
Swishers Franchise Manager Jason Freeman, says: "We're all very pleased for Nigel - his hard work and commitment to our franchise system is a great example of how things should be done. His continuing success will help to motivate future franchisees as it proves how successful our franchise system can be."
Swisher is a hygiene solutions company providing sanitation services and associated products to commercial washrooms and kitchens. Their unique weekly service help keep business washrooms and kitchens not only looking and smelling nice and clean but hygienic as well. With a recent report showing that certain antibiotics are becoming less effective due to increase resistance by bacteria such as Clostridium difficile (C-Diff) it is now even more important to have a property sanitised premises. The Swisher service can help eliminate C-Diff, MRSA and other dangerous pathogens.
