The work includes changing taps, constructing flat pack furniture, decorating and tiling - services which are in great demand by home owners, letting and estate agents. The franchise has been designed for operation from home, with administration and reporting kept to an absolute minimum by using bespoke online management software that controls client details, sales and quotes, Handyman4You does not try to compete against the big building companies but grows repeat custom from smaller users with its well-proven business formula.

The Franchise Package includes a generously sized territory, a website presence, three months' van rental, marketing materials and business stationery. Franchisees need only purchase a set of hand tools in addition to their existing telephone, computer and broadband internet connection.
