Surelet is a residential lettings franchise with a difference. The role of the franchisee is to work with landlords to find suitable tenants for their properties, but Surelet's Management Centre will handle all routine administration work, such as the preparation of rental agreements, tenant vetting and rent collection. This is more cost-effective and allows the franchisee to concentrate on growing the business.

Franchisees are provided with a full launch package including initial classroom training and hands-on experience at the company's own Gloucester branch. The package also includes marketing materials, business stationery, a digital camera and a supply of 'To Let' boards.
