Summary of Operation:
247 Professional Health supplies staff to residential homes, care homes, rest homes, nursing homes, EMI care homes (dementia), hospitals, learning disability centres, mental health centres and into the Domiciliary Care Sector (care in the home).

Ideal Franchise Owner:
Needs to show desire and enthusiasm to the care sector. Care experience is not essential as full training will be given.

Training Provided:
Six-month training and development programme for all franchise owners, including regular knowledge reviews, training days, service updates and audits.

Online franchise information and supporting materials. Franchise owners will also benefit from the 247 Professional Health promotional and recruitment campaign and will have access to the 247 Professional Health’s care and support worker training programme. You will also receive head office support and have a franchise mentor and we have dedicated business development teams for healthcare staffing.
