Agency Express works with many of the top UK Estate Agency chains, handling an average of 4,000 plus board movements each day, via their national network of over 100 franchise owners.

Its Property Activity Index offers unique and valuable insights into current activity and emerging trends within the UK residential property market. This information in instrumental to Estate Agencies and is exclusive to Agency Express and its franchise owners.

The Property Activity Index has now been running for four years. It gathers ‘real time’ data from the ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ board’s movements made across the nation via Agency Express’ franchise owners and is recorded by their unique, online board management system SignMaster3. The data from the system is collated and published in the form of the monthly Property Activity Index report.
