Expanding Profits

All About Weight is expanding its network of franchise owners and it’s a very exciting time to join the business

All About Weight was established in 2007 to offer a new kind of weight loss programme in an industry worth £2 billion in the UK. It offers a fast, effective way to lose weight through nutritionally-balanced meal replacement packs and healthy eating.

The programme offers a number of different plans which are easy to follow and allow flexibility to suit an individual’s lifestyle. Some clients follow the programme online, while others prefer a more personal approach, working with a local consultant.

A network of All About Weight franchise owners operate their own geographic area and provide local community meetings and one-to-one support.

Want to be part of the team?

The franchise is ideal for those who want to make a difference and help people lose weight. More than 60 per cent of adults in the UK are overweight, and almost a quarter are obese. Many have tried and failed to lose weight, which has a significant impact on their lives. Supporting them through the plan and helping them to achieve their goals can have a dramatic effect.

All About Weight can change your life as well. The franchise offers flexible working, perfect for mums or those who want to fit their working lives around their busy lifestyle. As well as financial rewards, the franchise provides an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Franchise Insight

Connie Versteeg, All About Weight franchise owner for Preston, explains what it’s like to be part of the team.

“I joined All About Weight in 2008 as I’m a people’s person and really liked the idea that I could help change an individual’s life through my job. I also wanted to run my own business and make it fit around my lifestyle, by working the hours that suited me, rather than being tied to my desk from 9 to 5 every day.

“I can honestly say it’s the best decision I ever made. I’ve met hundreds of people locally and there’s no better feeling than seeing a client reach their weight loss goals. They are often unconfident, unhappy people when you meet them but after losing weight, their confidence shines through and they constantly have a smile on their face.

“The business is easy to run as I choose my own hours and make the job fit around me. I see clients every week, either in one-to-one sessions or at group meetings. I also keep in touch by text and phone for those that need a bit of motivation or a push.

“I spend quite a few hours a week marketing my business. I attend networking events, pop into other local businesses to see if they will put up a poster or hand out some flyers for me, or I may take a stand at a roadshow or charity day.

“I tap into the support available from head office and I use the network of consultants who are a rich source of help and advice for me.

“As well as the flexibility, I’d say the best thing about All About Weight is working with the clients. Making a difference in someone’s life is a real privilege and something I really enjoy.”
