All Trades generates business for you!

At just 24 years old, Jordan Mossman may be one of the youngest franchise owners to join All Trades Network but with almost 10 years of industry experience already behind him, the property repair franchise was the perfect opportunity to build on his success.

Since leaving high school when he was 15, Jordan Mossman worked his way through the building and maintenance industry from apprentice to fully qualified joiner and All Trades franchise owner. It was while working for Liverpool-based All Trades franchise owner, Paul Dennis, that Jordan first discovered the property repair franchise.

"Before joining All Trades, I used to run my own joinery and kitchen fitting business and Paul would hire me to help out with his workload," explains Jordan. "He told me about All Trades and what it had to offer, it sounded like a brilliant opportunity so I contacted the All Trades franchise team to find out more."

Jordan approached fellow tradesman and friend Michael Groon, who ran his own plastering business, to see if he would be interested in investing in All Trades Network as joint franchise owner. The pair immediately recognised the huge market potential and excellent franchise package All Trades had to offer and within nine months launched their Crewe and Warrington-based franchise.

"To prepare for the launch of my business, All Trades sent me on a comprehensive training course," says Jordan. "I learnt everything about the business from administration to how to approach clients and found the training really helpful because it was tailored to my experience, so more time was dedicated to the areas I was unsure of.

"Having run my own business for a few years, which helped me obtain project management skills, I found the transition to All Trades franchise owner very easy. However, if I ever need any help, the All Trades support team is only ever a phone call away."

Following the launch of his All Trades franchise in November, Jordan has seen his business develop at an impressive rate and is hoping to acquire office premises by the end of the year to assist with its expansion.

"Business is going really well! We are already thinking about investing in a second territory," reveals Jordan. "My All Trades business has already proven to be a fantastic investment and I would definitely recommend it to young and ambitious workers."
