The atn247 customer service line, which is based in the UK, operates from a bespoke system that distributes service requests to the appropriate All Trades Network territory – taking a pro-active approach to obtaining work for franchise owners by creating new customer leads and aiding the successful development of their business.
Following its success with atn247, All Trades Network is now pioneering the use of Photographic Aerial Roof Technology, within the domestic and light commercial/industry sector. Since launching their Edinburgh-based All Trades franchise just over a year ago, joint franchise owners Robert Young and Linda Bendle have been amazed by the rate of their business development.
“Things have changed massively,” enthuses Linda, “When we first launched our All Trades franchise we had about one job a week but as we became more established the work started flooding in. We now have anything from two to five jobs a day!
“We have had to take on a Project Manager and Administrator to help manage our workload. It’s not a case of if we need to take on more staff but when, as the demand for our services keeps on growing.” Robert is very pleased with the ongoing assistance he has received from the All Trades support team and is excited about the new addition to the All Trades franchise package.
