Now celebrating it’s 10th year

All Trades Network continues to thrive in these difficult times, which has been reflected in the record number of instructions provided to its franchised network during July and August

All Trades Network was established in 2002, in Blackburn, Lancashire and quickly demonstrated a high demand for its services. The franchise division of All Trades Network was established in 2005 to maximise the company’s potential from its well-established company operations, and now boasts over 35 regional offices strategically located within mainland UK.

As our network continues to grow, so the services we offer to the industry continue to develop. All Trades’ core business of servicing the needs of the insurance companies in providing a property repair and re-instatement service has now expanded to offer a wide range of property services to the property sector in general. Such services as:

  • A full repair, maintenance and refresh for property professionals such as Letting Agents
  • Project management of works on behalf of facility management companies
  • A full validation and repudiation service to the industry
  • Surveying and scoping of schedules for property re-instatement purposes for management companies
  • Local homeowner repairs and renovations
  • Our own 24/7 emergency response service centre supported by over 600 independent service engineers

As the demand for All Trades’ services increases, we continue to seek suitable franchise owners to join our successful network of project managers. We still have a number of territories available for the right candidates.

All Trades is looking for motivated individuals who can display a ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with supervisory experience.

As an All Trades Project Manager, you will provide a range of property re-instatement and repair services to the insurance industry and property professionals within your territory. You will be responsible for managing your business and tradespeople, ensuring customer satisfaction and that our excellent service standards are maintained.

As part of our continuous development, All Trades continue to introduce new and innovative services. One such service, currently being evaluated, is that of offering our clients aerial roof surveys. Using state -of-the-art telescopic camera technology, we are able to provide detailed roof surveys quickly and efficiently, often at a reduced cost to our clients (no scaffold requirement), another USP for All Trades.

All Trades is also continuing to develop and improve its maintenance and repair service to both landlords and letting agents, in response to the demand within this sector. Landlords and agents now realise that a large number of tenants are now tenants of choice, and are selective in where and what they live in. Well maintained and serviced properties will not only provide higher rental yields but will be easier to rent than properties which are neglected, essential in maintaining a profitable property portfolio.

All Trades’ wide portfolio of services is supported by providing a quality local service, supported by a national brand and network.

Franchise owner to watch: Paul Ackley, Teessidem

Already running a successful shop-fit and kitchen installation company, Paul Ackley was looking for a business that could offer him an additional income and more services to his customers.

“I looked at a few different maintenance and repair franchises but it was All Trades Network’s dynamic work systems, progressive services and national brand recognition that sealed the deal for me,” explains Paul.

Since launching his Teesside-based All Trades franchise in June, Paul has been inundated with work and is very pleased with how his business is progressing.

“So far, I haven’t really had to focus on marketing my services as I have had work coming in from day one,” enthuses Paul. “Having the backing of a recognised and respected brand like All Trades is great when trying to secure larger contracts.

“Over the next few years I want to develop my business to a comfortable level and perhaps acquire a neighbouring territory. The property re-instatement and maintenance industry is a great field to get into – if you’re determined and have the will to succeed, All Trades could be the business for you.”
