Young entrepreneurs choose Autosheen
Jamie Ayre and Harry Jackson are two of an increasing number of young people to buck the current trend of youth unemployment and invest in an Autosheen franchise.
Harry Jackson, 21, and 20-year-old Jamie Ayre have each successfully launched a new Autosheen business within the last six months and both are looking forward to achieving ambitious plans for future expansion.
Jamie, (pictured below) from Weston-Super-Mare, already has experience of self-employment, having built a successful burger business, while Harry (right), from Lincoln, has previous experience in the automotive sector and is relishing combining his passion for cars with a new-found independence and flexible lifestyle.
According to Autosheen Managing Director, Paul Fennell, both men have all the qualities to do well in self-employment and are already ‘motoring ahead’.
“Jamie and Harry are focused, hard working and energetic,” he said. “Although they are still relatively young, the affordability of the franchise opportunity, together with our well proven business model and the comprehensive training and support we provide, makes Autosheen a great choice.”
Leading valeting brand
Autosheen is one of the UK’s leading valeting specialists with an impressive track record spanning over 25 years and a strong National Accounts customer base that includes the Royal Mail, More Th>n, Streetcar and some of the largest leasing companies in the UK. Franchise owners provide a high quality, convenient mobile service to private individual customers as well as business fleets, operating from smartly liveried vehicles with valeting stations that carry an exclusive product range and every tool for the job.
Now part of the respected Farécla organisation, whose well-established range of car care products enjoys a worldwide reputation for quality, Autosheen is set to continue leading the car valeting market, while targeting lucrative new sectors such as marine and leisure vehicles.
New marine marketplace
Paul Fennell explains: “Although Autosheen’s core market has historically been in the automotive sector, the company has branched out into the marine and leisure industries this year. There are over half a million boats in the UK, all of which need cleaning and maintaining. Now our franchise owner network is equipped with the necessary expertise and skills to provide high quality marine valets, this is a boost to Autosheen’s reputation and represents an important new income stream for franchise owners.”
Free training – not just for marine valeting, but for other high value specialised techniques, is just one of a number of additional benefits included in the new Autosheen franchise package, intended
to support franchise owners in growing their businesses.
“Franchise owners now operate in larger territories with 90,000 populations, and enjoy enhanced one-to-one business development support from our highly experienced and fully committed team,” Paul Fennell confirms. “We have also invested substantially in marketing, with a new customer-friendly website and local activity, which is currently generating four times the number of enquiries than previously for franchise owners.”
The only valeter in the industry to be independently accredited by IMI Awards (Institute of Motoring Industries), Autosheen is attracting dynamic, forward looking new franchise owners in increasing numbers, which is essential to the continued success of Autosheen.
“Strong nationwide coverage is vital to enable us to provide reliable services to our growing National Accounts customer base,” Paul Fennell says. “These are exciting times for Autosheen and we’re delighted to be developing our franchise owner network as well as expanding our repertoire of products and services.”
