The company is also setting its sights on Britain's fast growing student market. The decision to target students is underpinned by the Government's aim to have half of 18-30 year olds enrolled in higher education by 2010. Plans are in place to train new franchisees with the specific objective of looking after property for landlords who want to rent to students - 20 key university towns and cities will be targeted in the drive.
