Belvoir launches two franchises in Birmingham

Estate Agent Belvoir is closer to reaching its aim of opening 100 franchises by the end of the year with the launch of two new branches in Birmingham. Major Mahil (right), an ex-landlord, has opened his Belvoir agency in the heart of Birmingham's jewellery quarter and is targeting the top end of the lettings market. Kieran Donohoe (below, right), also an ex-landlord and from a property development background, has opened a branch in Solihull.

'We are delighted with the launch of these two new franchises, which brings Belvoir extremely close to its target of 100 franchises in the UK by the end of 2007,' says Dorian Gonsalves, Sales Director of Belvoir.
