Belvoir opens new agency in Northern Ireland

Belvoir, a lettings agent franchise, has opened a new outlet in Portadown, Northern Ireland. The new agency is owned by franchisees John Hollingsworth and Gavin Boyle, who will offer landlords and tenants in the area a range of property management and lettings services.

'As a landlord myself, I knew there was no lettings specialist in Portadown and realised that I could use my own experience to help develop that is a fast-growing sector and provide a fantastic service to landlords and tenants,' says John Hollingsworth.
