With six new franchisees set to open their doors in the next couple of months, Belvoir is expecting its network to exceed the 100 mark in 2006. We are the lettings specialist. Offering a highly branded high street concept, which has occupied the high end of the lettings market for over a decade, we are seeking candidates nationwide to assist us in meeting this goal and beyond.
We are delighted to welcome into the Belvoir group our newest franchisees, fresh from training and raring to go! One of the best ways to move any business forward is through innovative training and much is happening within Belvoir during 2006 to that end. We have an excellent induction training programme and a unique path for franchisees to tread to attain business success. With this in mind we are continually adapting and improving our training programme.
The ever expanding training programme that Belvoir has developed includes a two-day legal employment course, a two-day negotiator training module and an intensive listing module, all of which will ensure that all franchisees and their staff have the skills and knowledge to allow them to be the best in their field.
The Central Office functions of Belvoir have also grown and developed to ensure that all our franchisees have the support they need to ensure their success. The Recruitment Department is a highly focused team devoted to attracting new, high quality franchisees into the group, which in time will ensure full coverage of the UK and Ireland. Once recruited, the Shop Fitting Department offers a unique and direct service to help franchisees source, secure and brand suitable premises. New Business Mentoring Specialists then provide dedicated field support for franchisees in their first year.
As a result of continuous and successful growth, many franchisees choose to acquire a further business interest within the lettings industry enabling them to largely inflate their existing businesses and stimulate a new and refreshed approach. We cater for these needs through our contact with Business Acquisition and Re-sale Specialists providing the opportunities for those franchisees who want to further supplement their organic growth and also for those who wish to ensure they are best set to achieve their final exit strategy.
The Franchise Support Team plays a crucial centralised support role, which captures, monitors and delivers solutions to franchisees' daily operational requirements. A key feature of ongoing support comes in the form of the IT Department providing continual discussion and liaison with franchisees to ensure that Belvoir Central Office and Group IT facilities remain at the forefront of technology. Working closely with the Marketing Department, the Brand Management Department enforces its ability to make a sensational impact in today's highly competitive markets. A highly skilled and motivated Accounts Department provides monthly achievement reports so that appropriate congratulations and proactive support can be assured.
Finally, our dedicated CEO Mike Goddard proactively represents Belvoir on trade and national platforms to continue to take the group forward in the marketplace. All in all Belvoir is embracing the changes in the marketplace and the industry, ensuring that our franchisees get the best available help, advice and support as and when they need it to enable them to plan the growth of their businesses and secure their future success.
