"After working extensively overseas I had a baby and returned to the UK," recalls Donna. "I didn't want to work for anyone else and searched for the right opportunity. I'd been a tenant and a landlord in the past and realized I could do a lot better. The lettings market seemed a recession-proof option."

Currently employing several staff, Donna manages over 100 properties and recently won the coveted Belvoir New Franchise Owner of the Year 2009 Gold Award.
