Belvoir shortlisted for top industry award

Lettings agency franchise Belvoir has been shortlisted as National Lettings Agency of the Year in the Negotiator Awards 2010.

Dorian Gonsalves, Managing Director of Belvoir, said: "Being shortlisted as a finalist in the Negotiator Awards is fantastic news. Belvoir is enjoying enormous success in 2010, having already won the title of Best Lettings Agency Franchise at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times. We also have two finalists in the bfa Franchisee of the Year Awards, which will take place in September.

"Being nominated, shortlisted and ultimately winning awards of this calibre is a great achievement. We are keeping our fingers crossed and hoping that Belvoir can go all the way and pick up the top award at this year's Negotiator Awards."

The Negotiator Awards will be judged by industry experts and the winners will be announced at a cermony, which will take place on Wednesday 10th November at the Hilton Hotel in London.
