Through the 100 barrier!

Belvoir has achieved a record number of new franchises, smashing through the 100 barrier with 112 franchises around the country. Belvoir Sales Director Dorian Gonsalves explains

Our target was to achieve a further 20 new franchises by the end of the year, but we have had 23 franchisees complete their training by September, we have franchisees booked on the final course of the year in November and we are already booking for next January. 2007 is a record-breaking year for us and it's a strong indication of the standing that Belvoir has within the lettings industry and the commitment and standard of service we provide for our franchisees.

Andy Campbell (pictured, left), owner of Belvoir Elgin (the very first franchise operation) has gone into partnership with Amjed Rasul (also pictured) to open our 100th office - Belvoir Inverness. 'We are delighted,' says Mike Goddard, Belvoir CEO. 'It's particularly exciting to have Andy open our 100th franchise, as after 11 years he is still as enthusiastic, energetic and committed as he was in the beginning and his business is still expanding and successful. Inverness is a booming city and is the sixth Belvoir franchise in Scotland, which shows our commitment to developing a service in that area.'

Andy initially invested in Belvoir following redundancy from the RAF. From the early days of working from home he is now in prominent High Street offices, employing several members of staff. 'My association with Belvoir has been great,' says Andy. 'All the things they do in the background, such as working on brand awareness, take a lot of pressure off me. In addition, central office always has a constant supply of information if we have any legal queries or need help to sort something out.'
