BFA secures 'Investors in People' accreditation

The British Franchise Association has been awarded 'Investors in People' accreditation in recognition of its achievements in improving performance through its people.

The main focus of the Investors In People (IIP) standard is to develop the skills of people within an organisation to improve business performance.
