"Fantastic" first conference for Bluebird Care

Care franchise Bluebird Care has held its first franchisee conference at the five star Randolph Hotel in Oxford.

Presentations were made by a number of large organisations and speakers who work closely with the company. 'It was great to meet everyone,' stated Ann O'Neill, franchisee of Bluebird Care (Epsom & Kingston), 'and the opportunity to network and exchange ideas was so valuable.'

The evening saw the gala awards dinner when awards were made to the 'Franchisee of the Year' and a special 'Sprit of Bluebird Care' award. The Bluebird Care 'Franchisee of the Year' was awarded to Sue Milakovic of Bluebird Care (Mid Staffs), who was thrilled with her award. 'I am delighted for all my team who have worked so hard in establishing the Bluebird Care name in my area,' she enthused. 'My business continues to develop well and it is testament to the robust systems and procedures that produce such a high quality Bluebird Care service.'

The Spirit of Bluebird Care Award went to Joanna Lee of Bluebird Care (S Cheshire & Congleton). 'Joanna has done a tremendous job launching her business in Crewe,' stated Franchise Director Simon Dalziel, 'and her award is very well earned.'
