First Bluebird Care franchise owner opens second office

Bluebird Care's first franchise owner is expanding her business with the opening of a second office. Sue Milakovic became the first Bluebird Care franchise owner in April 2007 and three years on she is set to launch her second office in Stafford. When Sue initially launched her Bluebird Care franchise she recruited Allen Willey as one of her first care workers and has now promoted him to the role of Care Manager.

Allen said: "I have been a carer since I was 13 and have worked in the care industry for 17 years. I have been given so much opportunity and support since joining Bluebird Care, and they have funded my NVQ, Level 4 management qualification. I am really looking forward to heading the care team when the new office opens in the Spring. We offer good-old-fashioned service, and consistently high standards, and I am proud to be part of that."

Bluebird Care's Managing Director Paul Tarsey added: "Sue and Allen have come a long way in three, short years. That office was our first franchise and the office was so new that I went to Cannock and did the care induction training myself. They are both a credit to Bluebird Care and we wish them every luck with their new venture."
