Bluebird Care franchise owner to open 2nd office

The franchise owner of Bluebird Care Edinburgh is set to mark the second anniversary of her business by expanding into the north of the city. Jane Perry's currently provides a care at home service from her Bluebird Care office based in the south of Edinburgh. She will open and run her second office from the same premises before opening a satellite office in the north of the city as the business expands.

Perry said: "It's been a remarkable two years, particularly as we've been trading in difficult economic circumstances as a result of global recession.

"We were awarded the 'Best newcomer award' at the Bluebird conference in late 2008 and last year we were awarded the 'Best Company Newcomer of the Year award 2009' at the Scottish Care at Home awards ceremony. This was in recognition of the special personal customer-centred service we offer, where we go out of our way to give people the care packages which are individually tailored to their exact needs.
