This elite group, which incorporates 12 Bluebird Care businesses, was designed to offer a different level of developmental support to Bluebird Care franchise owners with a higher turnover. The Group was launched at a prestigious event at Bluebird Café in Chelsea.

Bluebird Care Managing Director, Paul Tarsey (pictured above), said: “We have been aware for some time that the type of support required for a business which is delivering on a sustained basis in excess of £1 million worth of care a year, is different from someone who is just starting up. We have therefore separated out the two.”

Tracy Owens will support the 12 founding members of The Premier Business Group in her newly created role of Business Strategist. Owens is no stranger to Bluebird Care, having previously supported the northern franchise region as Business Development Manager.

Franchise owner and group founding member, Paul Barry, said: “This is a great initiative. I now run four Bluebird Care franchises and have seen the brand grow substantially during my time. “Bringing successful franchise owners together in the Premier Business Group forum can only help me develop my businesses further.”

A number of other Bluebird Care franchises are set to join the group within the next couple of months.
