Danish based global furniture retail chain with more than 260 stores in more than 60 countries. BoConcept offer customised, coordinated and affordable design furniture and accessories. BoConcept brand stores are situated at high traffic locations whilst BoConcept Inspiration Stores are smaller stores located in easy to reach central locations.
Ideal Franchise Owner:
BoConcept franchise owners have a personal passion for design, style, trends and ideally have business knowledge and experience, although not necessarily within the industry. Be willing and have the capacity to open 1-5 Brand Stores within an agreed geographic area. Franchise owners need to have good management skills and be capable of motivating their employees.
The training is conducted as a combination of training seminars in Denmark , locally or on the job coaching in the store as well as online e-learning seminars in every aspect of the BoConcept operating model.
A regional account manager who is responsible for overall performance in a number of stores. An IT system which supports all the processes in the BoConcept stores along with a business intelligence system. An in house training centre where market trends are monitored and a visual merchandising team, a store opening department and an experienced marketing department. All franchise owners and employees attend an annual best practice week held in Denmark.
