New External Communications Manager appointed

The bfa has appointed an External Communications Manager to its marketing team. Ruth Keller, who previously worked as a Communications Manager, new role as External Communications Manger will involve raising the profile of franchising with external bodies such as universities and regional enterprise institutions and expanding the national seminar programme.

'This is an exciting opportunity to take a pivotal role in developing the reach of the bfa into new areas and underpin the ongoing event programme,' says Ruth. 'My first week was literally a baptism of fire with the Franchise Exhibition in Glasgow and the annual Conference in London where it was great to meet so many members and receive such a warm welcome.'
