Cathryn Hayes, Head of Franchising, HSBC said: We’re always bowled over by the high quality of award entries, and the evidence of UK franchisors providing extremely high quality support networks to franchisees, implementing innovative systems and processes to sustain growing businesses.”

Seán Hammond, Head of Franchising, Express Newspapers, said: “The awards provide an excellent platform for franchisors to showcase how they are challenging the business norm and innovating, and we are excited to celebrate those leading the way in best practice.”
