Leading greeting card publisher and franchisor Card Connection has officially launched an online brochure for people interested in franchising. The pack, which can be downloaded free through the Card Connections website, contains information for potential franchise owners to help them learn about what is really involved in managing their own franchise business.

Sales Director at Card Connection Andrew Cutler said: "We have tried to cover everything someone might need to know about franchising. Frequently asked questions, how franchising works, training, how much it costs, in addition to information about potential earnings."

On the website there is also an application form for individuals who may be interested in becoming part of the Card Connection franchise. Successful applicants are then invited to a no-obligation meeting to further discuss the online information pack and franchise possibilities. "Franchising is a big step so we have been completely transparent to help those considering such a move to make an informed decision. We also hope that the online information brochure will make the application process for those specifically interested in a Card Connection franchise smoother," said Cutler.

Card Connections has limited vacancies for franchise owners as the franchise networks in the UK and Ireland are now complete. Successful candidates would ideally have some managerial experience as they would be expected to employ a small team and operate a warehouse. The opportunities available for a potential franchise owner consists of acquiring an already established territory from an existing franchise owner. These vary in price according to their level of development but start at £20,000 with earning potential in excess of £50,000 per annum.
