Caremark charts month on month growth
"In the last month alone Caremark has seen a 27 per cent increase in the growth of the core business."
Caremark's 2009 Annual Conference was recently held and was testament to the growth the Company has seen over the past year. Over 40 delegates attended, celebrating the successes of their fellow franchise owners and gained a great amount of inspiration and knowledge from the presentations and discussions throughout an enjoyable day.
The Caremark network provides personal care and assistance to a very wide range of client groups, promoting their independence and wellbeing. franchise owners with specific skills or interest in providing care for a particular client group are encouraged to work within their chosen market, while other franchise owners will focus on the specific demand in their area. It is this approach, along with the most experienced, diverse, dedicated and committed support team working with all franchisees that drives towards phenomenal success. An amazing growth pattern over the past 12 months has enabled the Caremark network to see a fourfold growth!
'Caremark franchise owners all have their own personal reasons for choosing a Caremark franchise, but the fundamental characteristic that runs through all our franchise owners is their commitment to make a difference locally in social care and deliver the very highest standards,' explains Caremark National Operations Manager Sean Cragg. 'We strive to build our brand on our professional and dedicated approach to home care and it is this approach that we believe sets us apart from other providers. We are continually promoting the development of the sector to the benefit of our clients and are forging ahead, working with many organisations to help bring social care into the 21st Century.
'Our focus for the Conference was to prepare and upskill for the changes to the sector that we will see taking effect over the forthcoming years. This includes the implementation of a new legislative body for the care sector and new methodology being introduced across the country of how care is allocated to those eligible for government funding. All of these changes will have an enormously positive impact on the provision of care and for experienced and professional providers they will open up further opportunities to develop their businesses.'
As the Caremark network continues to build on its success we congratulate those who were awarded for their achievements in 2008. Four Awards were presented at the Annual Conference, Achievement Awards went to Amarjit Gill Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove) and to Ann Pearson Caremark (Wokingham), while an Award for Excellence was presented to Caremark (Welwyn & Hatfield) for their exceptional standards, which have been widely praised. The most prestigious award for Franchisee of the Year was presented to Farina Tayub, Caremark (Leeds), recognising superb standards and a tenfold increase in business. 'It is always a delight to celebrate our franchisees' success and we only wish we could present everyone with awards, they all have reason to be congratulated,' concludes Caremark Managing Director Kevin Lewis. 'We very much look forward to introducing many new franchise owners to the network during the course of this year and I know we will be celebrating more success stories at next year's conference.'
