When great care gets noticed
With the positive news this week that Michelle McGhee, a care worker with Caremark (Newcastle) and Julie Parsons, Care Manager with Caremark (Osmund Court) are both finalists in their respective industry awards, Caremark cannot help but feel joyous.
Caremark has much to be proud of – not only does the home care franchisor have a top award winning franchisee, Janis Anderson, Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) who scooped two major national franchise awards last October but they also have finalists for national care awards.
For any home care franchisor it is great to know that one’s business model is externally recognised as superb but even better that the quality care being delivered across the country is also applauded. Providing outstanding home care is not just about good management, it is about the dedicated, compassionate and professional teams of care workers who work day in, day out come rain or shine to support their clients to live safe and independent lives and who do so to award winning levels. But of course, the main winners in all this are the clients themselves. Without this caring, reliable service their lives would be very different.
Caremark network of franchised offices deliver in excess of 70,000 hours of care and support to clients of all ages, abilities and ethnicities supporting them to live safer, more independent lives. With the benefit of permanently allocated care and support workers, people are empowered to achieve their own particular goals and desires, bringing a greater sense of purpose and meaning to daily life.
