Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) is in the running to receive a prestigious Care Award through the Great South Eastern Care Awards 2011.

Nicola Pomroy, who works as Field Care Supervisor at Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe), has been shortlisted for the Care Newcomer Award.

Pomroy recently went to Brighton, in Sussex, where she had to attend a short interview by a panel of independent judges representing the social care sector. The judges asked Pomroy a series of questions about her role and she submitted a 50 word biography for inclusion in the souvenir programme that will be available on the Award’s evening, which will be held on the 25th November.

Janis Anderson, Managing Director of Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe), said: “We are all very excited by Nikki being shortlisted for this Award and are crossing our fingers for her. Nikki proved to be a valuable member of our care staff, so much so that she was rapidly promoted to Field Care Supervisor and has demonstrated dedication and excellence to all our customers.”
