Caremark has appointed these new recruitment managers to respond to a continually increasingly number of franchisees investing in the brand. This move will maintain Caremark's healthy ratio of franchisees to regional managers, which will enable each franchisee to have more site visits and extended support from their respective liasing manager.

Ally Forster has been awarded the position of Regional Support Manager for Caremark Northwest, while Angela Sutherland has attained the same post for the North East.

Both Forster and Sutherland have a strong track record in franchising and support and are looking forward to getting to grips with their new areas and the Caremark franchisees within them.

The pair will be effectively installed once they have completed their extensive training courses, which take place at the company's head office in West Sussex.
