Care in the home franchise Caremark has appointed a new Regional Support Manager for the Midlands and the North of England. Paul Richards began his role in July after a week long induction course.

"I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Paul Richards," said Founder Kevin Lewis. "Paul brings a wealth of valuable experience to this role and will be the first port of call for all franchise owners in those regions. It is beneficial to all franchise owners to have a locally based support manager who can get to any of their offices as and when required with ease.

"The support provided by Paul will always have the backing of head office. Caremark is committed to providing the best support to all of its franchise owners and the appointment of a new Regional Support Manager is an example of this."

Paul (pictured) added: "Caremark is an outstanding organisation in which the committed pursuit of greatness in the provision of domiciliary care is evident at every level of the business model. I am thrilled to have joined Caremark and to be contributing to our continued growth and success through the direct support and business development of our franchises in the Midlands and the North of England. I look forward to working with franchise owners to build upon the successes of Caremark's core business as well as supporting them in responding to the needs of an evolving care sector by breaking new ground and diversifying to other specialist client groups."

Caremark is actively seeking to appoint a third Regional Support Manager, who will be locally based and provide direct support for London and the Home Counties.
