Caremark provides its franchise owners with its 'golden key', which has enabled the franchise network to reach a half century of offices nationwide in just three years

What is the 'golden key' of the Caremark business package? It is the secret at the heart of domiciliary care franchisor's Caremark's superb growth which has seen the company expand its franchise network from launch three years ago to encompass 52 offices nationwide.

"Our combination of a commitment to highest quality service, comprehensive pre-launch franchise owner training, ongoing support from a franchisor with over 22 years of experience in the care sector, a powerful brand that is gaining respect nationally and our 'golden key' success secret, all combine to enable Caremark franchise owners to place their operations at the forefront of the care in the home sector in their regions," says National Operations Manager Sean Cragg. "It enables our network to build substantial businesses with new markets opening up as a result of our reputation for providing quality care services."

Caremark is now offering a greater variety of services, enhancing the experience of many more clients in the community it serves. "Not only are we receiving praise for the services we are already providing, but we are also being asked to diversify to incorporate services for specialist clients groups," reflects Regional Support Manager Lorraine Hall. "We support our franchise owners to respond to the demand in their local area and maintain constant links with them to help continually develop their businesses."

With five new territories opening recently, plus three existing franchise owners expanding into additional territories, the Caremark network has put a 12 strong support team in place to assist franchise owners in business development, IT, marketing, finance and care. In addition dedicated support managers are allocated to each franchise owner, providing a high level of support on an ongoing basis.

"The growth we have seen over the past two years has been exceptional, both with new franchise owners joining the network and in the services we deliver," says Sean. "Add to this the changing face of the industry and the challenges it presents and we are enjoying a hugely exciting period in our development, working with our franchise owners in laying the foundations for a successful future together.
